ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, train, and evaluate ML models for CT studies at study level.
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging at scale.
• Develop vision-language models linking images and radiology terminology.
• Identify and prioritize multiple urgent findings safely.
• Design and run end-to-end experiments from hypothesis to production.
• Develop custom architectures, training pipelines, and distributed training.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical experience with modern ML, esp. PyTorch for custom work.
• Deep understanding of architectures, objectives, and training strategies.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses and run experiments independently.
• Rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and validation.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training.
• Interest in solving technically challenging problems with real-world impact.
