ML Research Engineer / Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, train, and evaluate ML models for interpreting complete CT studies at the study
• Research foundation-model approaches for medical imaging (3D and volumetric data).
• Develop vision-language models linking medical images with radiology terminology and reporting
• Identify and prioritize multiple urgent clinical findings with safe operating points.
• Plan independent experiments from hypothesis to deployment readiness.
• Develop custom architectures, training pipelines, losses, and distributed training approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical experience with modern ML/deep learning, esp. PyTorch for custom architectures and
• Deep understanding of why architectures, objectives, and training strategies work, not just
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, interpret results, and iterate toward better
• Strong focus on rigorous experimentation, evaluation, reproducibility, and validation.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training is valuable.
• Interest in solving technically challenging problems with real-world impact.
