Balance model accuracy with productization complexity and runtime performance
Develop statistical, machine learning, or optimization models
Write production-grade code that scales to millions of requests daily
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, on-call support and incident triage
Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code

🎯 Requirements

B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related quantitative field
3+ years of Machine Learning experience
Nice-to-have: Experience with big data processing and tools like Airflow and Spark
Ability to work in distributed teams across North America and Europe
