MLOps Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of MLOps engineers, fostering growth and excellence
• Define and drive the MLOps roadmap, aligning infra with Research, Engineering and product goals
• Establish best practices and standards for ML infra, deployment, and operations
• Own decision-making for ML infra architecture and tooling choices
• Architect and oversee scalable ML pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and orchestration
• Drive model serving infrastructure using Triton, TorchServe, TF Serving, and KServe

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
• 7+ years in MLOps, with 3+ years in technical leadership
• Strong Python skills, plus Bash and/or Go
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing MLOps teams
• Experience building MLOps infrastructure from the ground up
• Deep experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, WandB) and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
