MLR Operations/Marketing Lead (Pharmaceuticals)

📋 Description

• Stand up and improve MLR operations methodology and workflows.
• Build and lead a small operations team, including offshore staff.
• Own Veeva Vault PromoMats environment and modular content.
• Lead review-process alignment with client medical/legal/regulatory teams.
• Apply AI to optimize business processes.
• Leverage Nova ecosystem for the department.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in pharma/healthcare promo ops with MLR scaling.
• Deep admin-level Veeva Vault PromoMats expertise (config, workflows).
• People leadership, including direct reports and offshore teams.
• Strong command of FDA OPDP and 21 CFR 202 (fair balance, ISI).
• Proven track record in compressing review cycles and throughput.
• Lead process discussions with client medical/regulatory leadership; bonus: Veeva cert.
