MLRO & Compliance Officer, UAE (ADGM) - Broker Dealer Entity

📋 Description

• Lead compliance and financial crime for the ADGM Broker Dealer.
• Dual role as Compliance Officer and MLRO; oversee AML/CFT.
• Design and implement policies, procedures, and monitoring programmes.
• Advise Board and senior management; escalate issues timely.
• Conduct regular reviews, testing, and gap analyses against requirements.
• Liaise with FSRA; remediate findings; embed requirements in product design.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years senior compliance/financial crime exp in ADGM/DIFC or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of FSRA Rules, FSMR, ADGM AML Rulebook and sanctions.
• Experience in Broker Dealer or trading firm; trade surveillance familiarity.
• Experience supporting regulatory authorisations and licensing.
• Experience engaging with FSRA on supervisory matters or examinations.
• Strategic hands-on; strong judgement and stakeholder mgmt; AI interest viewed favourably.
