MLRO & Compliance Officer, UAE (ADGM) - Broker Dealer Entity

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee the compliance function per FSRA rules.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and monitoring.
• Provide independent compliance guidance to the Board and executives.
• Conduct regular reviews, testing, and gap analyses of controls.
• Liaise with FSRA on compliance matters and remediation of findings.
• Advise on new products and business initiatives to embed regs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in senior compliance or financial crime roles (ADGM/DIFC or similar).
• Strong knowledge of FSRA Rules, FSMR, ADGM AML Rulebook, and sanctions.
• Experience in Broker Dealer or trading firms; familiarity with trade surveillance.
• Experience with regulatory authorisations or licensing of regulated entities.
• Experience engaging FSRA or regulators on supervisory matters.
• Strategic yet hands-on operator in a growing business.
