MLRO & Compliance Officer, UAE (ADGM) - RIE & RCH

📋 Description

• Lead compliance and financial crime for ADGM RIE/RCH
• Develop policies and monitoring programmes for exchange ops
• Provide independent Board advice; escalate material issues
• Conduct regular reviews, testing, and gap analyses
• Implement AML/CFT and sanctions controls per FSRA rulebook
• Liaise with FSRA and remediate regulatory findings

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in senior compliance/financial crime in ADGM/DIFC
• Strong knowledge of FSRA Rules, FSMR, MIR, and ADGM AML Rulebook
• Understanding of RIE and RCH regulatory obligations
• Experience supporting regulatory authorisations or supervised entity setups
• Ability to manage dual-entity operations commercially
