MLRO & Compliance Officer, UAE (ADGM) - RIE & RCH

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee compliance for RIE and RCH per FSRA Rules.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and monitoring for exchange ops.
• Provide independent compliance advice to the Board and senior management.
• Conduct regular reviews, testing, and gap analyses across RIE and RCH.
• Liaise with FSRA on regulatory matters and remediation of findings.
• Oversee AML/CFT/sanctions programme for RIE and RCH.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years senior compliance/financial crime exp in ADGM/DIFC or regulated FS.
• Strong knowledge of FSRA Rules, FSMR, MIR, and ADGM AML Rulebook.
• Understanding of RIE and RCH regulatory obligations and governance.
• Experience supporting regulatory authorisations or recognition applications.
• Experience engaging FSRA on market infrastructure supervisory matters.
• Ability to manage compliance across dual-entity structures.
