Manage and maintain complex systems across multiple properties, including HVAC, lighting, and
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across properties; maintain records of inspections
Perform inspections across multiple properties to ensure compliance and optimal performance
Enforce compliance with safety standards across all managed properties
Participate in on-call rotations to respond to emergencies across properties
Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior mobile technicians

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience
Valid state driver's license required
Engineering and trade licenses required per local, state, or national requirements
CFC Certification preferred
Advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, and electrical systems
Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook and laptop/phone applications
