Operate crane equipment including Fixed Cab, Swing Cab, and Lattice Boom cranes to lift/move loads
Inspect, assemble, and disassemble rigging equipment for safe lifts
Provide precise hand signals and radio guidance to crane operators
Perform duties as Crane Operator, Rigger, and Signaler during lift operations
Work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
Maintain safety standards and assess load dynamics

🎯 Requirements

Demonstrated knowledge of crane operation across terrains and loads
Experience setting up/dismantling mobile cranes (leveling, outriggers, stability)
Current NCCCO or NCCER Rigger II certification (or equivalent)
Proficiency in standard industry hand signals
