Mobile Patient Services Specialist Lead - San Antonio, TX

📋 Description

• Assist with the coordination and execution of audits as indicated
• Conduct regular quality checks on patient coordination activities, specimen documentation, and
• Support onsite visit preparations, shadowing staff as needed to ensure protocol adherence and
• Provide daily support to the Phlebotomy Solutions team
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of phlebotomists across designated locations, handle
• Ensure all team members maintain compliance with specimen handling protocols and EMR documentation

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience
• Supervisory or team-lead role within a clinical or laboratory operations setting is strongly
• Phlebotomy Certificate required as per state regulations
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
• High proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and time management
