Mobile Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead product design from discovery to delivery and iteration
• Partner with PMs, Eng, Brand Marketing, Data Analysts, Legal & Trust&Safety to solve user problems
• Contribute to product strategy, experiments, and roadmap discussions
• Design mobile-first experiences for iOS and Android with usability and accessibility
• Translate user needs, business goals, and constraints into product experiences
• Use analytics, feedback and insights to inform design decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4+ years designing digital products for mobile apps
• Own projects from problem definition through launch
• Strong visual design skills with solid product thinking
• Use data, research, and user feedback to guide decisions
• Communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
• Adapt in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
