📋 Description

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate real-time core network issues.
  • Collaborate with telecom, core engineering, and L1/L2 support to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and improve Oxio’s network; ensure KPI/SLA compliance.
  • Investigate faults and perform root cause analysis; ensure quick recovery.
  • Create on-demand dashboards to monitor metrics and verify service restoration.
  • Liaise with MNOs to represent the telecom team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years telecom L3 support experience.
  • Signalling analysis across 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE.
  • OSI model and TCP/IP (IPv4/IPv6) understanding.
  • Wireshark trace analysis; SS7 troubleshooting.
  • Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch proficiency.
  • 24/7 on-call availability; strong English.
