Collaborate with telecom, core engineering, and L1/L2 support to resolve issues.
Maintain and improve Oxio’s network; ensure KPI/SLA compliance.
Investigate faults and perform root cause analysis; ensure quick recovery.
Create on-demand dashboards to monitor metrics and verify service restoration.
Liaise with MNOs to represent the telecom team.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years telecom L3 support experience.
Signalling analysis across 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE.
OSI model and TCP/IP (IPv4/IPv6) understanding.
Wireshark trace analysis; SS7 troubleshooting.
Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch proficiency.
24/7 on-call availability; strong English.
