📋 Description

• Provide immigration compliance guidance to clients and ensure service delivery.
• Monitor and ensure immigration compliance across Remote products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage visa/work permit applications and related immigration processes.
• Guide travel needs and sponsorship cases; be a contact for business travel.
• Improve processes through automation and documentation; own day-to-day tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in immigration compliance/global mobility.
• Deep understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments; maintains composure under pressure.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with diverse clients.
• Experience in tech sector or high-growth company desirable.
• Remote/asynchronous work experience is advantageous; English fluency required.
