📋 Description

• Lead and develop three Design Team Leads and an overall team of thirteen 3D designers, supporting
• Optimize design production workflows by identifying bottlenecks, simplifying processes, and
• Align design operations with merchant needs and e-commerce trends, using customer feedback and
• Evaluate and introduce practical AI-powered tools that can improve designer productivity
• Lead capacity planning and resource allocation, ensuring high-value initiatives are appropriately
• Monitor production metrics and merchant usage patterns to identify opportunities for improving

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing technical, creative, 3D design, or similarly specialized
• Experience working in a platform, SaaS, or e-commerce environment, with an understanding of how
• Strong process-improvement mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and
• Practical interest in AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to assess how accessible AI
• Experience using operational metrics and team-capacity data to inform scheduling, prioritization
• Strong understanding of how design operations can support customer or merchant outcomes and broader
