🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading, managing, and developing technical/creative 3D design teams.
• Experience in platform/SaaS/e-commerce or scalable tech environments.
• Strong understanding of how operations scale digital products and ecosystems.
• Process-optimization mindset; ex. automation to reduce repetitive work.
• Curiosity about AI and new design technologies to boost productivity.
• Analytical skills for scheduling and resource allocation using metrics.
