Mockup Design Team Manager

📋 Description

• Lead evolution of 3D mockup production operation; manage three Design Team Leads and ~13 designers.
• Identify bottlenecks; implement workflows, automation, and improvements to reduce manual work.
• Align design ops with merchant needs by translating feedback, trends, and usage into assets.
• Monitor production metrics to improve efficiency, quality, conversion, and reduce reprints.
• Evaluate and introduce AI tools to boost designer productivity.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation for high-value initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing technical/creative 3D design teams.
• Experience in platform/SaaS/e‑commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of how operations scale digital products and ecosystems.
• Process-optimization mindset; experience automating workflows to reduce repetitive work.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging design technologies; ability to identify useful tools.
• Strong analytical skills using metrics to drive scheduling and resource decisions.
