Manage the life cycle of models; review development and monitor performance
Collaborate with analytics, product, and technology teams for deployments and changes
Lead Model Governance Committee meetings
Ensure regulatory compliance related to model governance

🎯 Requirements

At least 6 years in analytics in banking/financial services
Hands-on experience in developing credit risk models
Knowledge of modeling frameworks: Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree
ML techniques/algorithms such as Gradient Boost, KNN, etc.
Strong programming: Python, SQL, PySpark
Understanding of credit bureau is a plus
