Mold Polisher, Tool & Die (Starlink) - Level 4/5

📋 Description

• Polish milled, EDM, and turned surfaces in hardened H-13 and P-20.
• Polish and detail die/mold surfaces to prescribed finishes.
• Maintain draw polish to release parts/castings.
• Add radii and blending contours; assist with spotting/fitting.
• Provide technical leadership to less experienced employees.
• ITAR: US citizen/national or eligible for required authorizations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years polishing plastic injection molds.
• 3+ years mold maintenance experience.
• Proficient with power tools (air/electric), profilers, grinders.
• TIG welding experience a plus.
• Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding and lift up to 25 lbs.
