Molding & Casting Engineer

📋 Description

• Coordinate with Sales and manufacturers across Europe/Asia to prepare quotations.
• Analyze 3D CAD designs for HPIM, HPDC, thermoforming and tooling.
• Optimize 3D CAD designs to improve feasibility.
• Join pre-sales meetings and support technical questions via video calls.
• Support DFM to verify and explain technical solutions to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HPIM tools design, thermoplastic processing, or HPDC/LPDC.
• Production-floor experience with plastic processing or molding/casting part development.
• Expert in HP molding or aluminium die casting part design; Mold Flow analysis.
• Knowledge of plastic post-processing: pad-printing, silk-screening, painting, chroming, hot foil stamping.
• Knowledge of vacuum casting, compression molding, investment casting and sand casting is a plus.
• Strong English communication; able to justify technical solutions before stakeholders.
