Molding & Casting Engineer

📋 Description

• Remote full-time role in an international team.
• Manage or support complex projects with customers and production.
• Collaborate across interfaces and drive fast decisions.
• Communicate with Sales and manufacturers across Europe and Asia to prepare quotations.
• Analyze 3D CAD designs for HPIM, HPDC, thermoforming, and tooling.
• Support DFM to verify solutions and present to end customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HPDC tools designer or thermoforming engineer.
• Experience on a plastics production floor or molding parts development.
• Expert HPIM/Aluminium die casting part design rules; Mold Flow understanding.
• Knowledge of plastic post-processes: pad printing, silk screening, spray, chroming, hot foil.
• Knowledge of Vacuum Casting, Compression Molding, Investment Casting, Sand Casting.
• Strong English communication; defend ideas to stakeholders.
