Molding & Casting Engineer

📋 Description

• Communicate with Sales and manufacturers across Europe and Asia to prepare quotations.
• Analyze incoming 3D CAD designs for HP Injection Molding, HPDC, Thermoforming, and other tooling.
• Optimize 3D CAD designs to improve part feasibility.
• Participate in pre-sales meetings via video calls; support technical questions.
• Support the DFM stage to verify solutions and present them to the end customer.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HP Injection Molding Tools Design, Thermoplastic processing, or HPDC/LPDC.
• Production floor plastics engineering or molding/casting parts development.
• Expert knowledge of part design for HP molding or aluminum die casting; Mold Flow analysis.
• Knowledge of plastic post-processes: pad-printing, silk-screening, spray painting, chroming, hot foil stamping.
• Knowledge of Vacuum Casting, Compression Molding, Investment Casting, Sand Casting.
• Strong English communication with ability to defend technical solutions; proactive mindset.
• Proactive mindset to improve daily tasks.
