Molecular Biology Analytical Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, optimize, and execute molecular biology and cell-based assays supporting
• Plan and conduct experiments with minimal supervision, including sample preparation, data analysis
• Contribute to analytical method development, qualification, validation, transfer, and routine
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and improve assay performance, laboratory workflows, data
• Translate broadly defined assignments into clear experimental objectives, timelines, and
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic laboratory records.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Bioengineering, Biochemistry or related field with 3+ years of
• Hands-on laboratory experience with pipetting, liquid handling, sample preparation, and safe
• Hands-on experience developing, optimizing, and executing nucleic acid assays, including qPCR
• Proficient in immunoassay-based analyses such as ELISA or MSD.
• Experience planning and conducting experiments, analyzing and interpreting data, troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of laboratory quality requirements, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Good
