📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end data flow from querying raw data in BigQuery to ensuring a single source of
• Develop antifraud models and behavioral segmentations to understand user lifetime value and churn
• Architect automated KPI ecosystems and health-check dashboards for Payments, Support, and FirstLook
• Conduct deep-dives into payment failure trends, transaction routing optimization, and operational
• Lead implementation of AI/LLM solutions including automated support ticket classification and
• Work as strategic partner to Ops Leads to translate data models into business growth

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data or Operations Analytics (preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth
• Proficiency in writing complex, optimized SQL queries (CTEs, Window Functions)
• Proven ability to tell a story with data in Tableau
• Strong understanding of product funnels (Amplitude) and business unit economics
• Keen interest in AI/Machine Learning and willingness to experiment with automation tools
• Fluent in translating data findings into clear business recommendations
