📋 Description

• Provide onsite training, coaching, and counseling to dealership personnel on Basic and Advanced
• Install and support Express Lane programs at assigned dealerships, ensuring teams understand and
• Maintain adherence to factory guidelines and program standards while identifying opportunities to
• Develop and implement practical dealership processes that support service performance, customer
• Create action plans based on dealership needs, review progress with upper management, and follow
• Measure dealership performance using available reporting systems and established benchmarks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with an Express Service Program in an OEM dealership or retail environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive and truck maintenance and repair, with the practical expertise
• Demonstrated experience delivering onsite dealership or field-based training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple dealerships
