📋 Description

• Prepare mortgage insurance claims for properties acquired by or associated with two or more
• Reconcile advances and other applicable financial information to ensure all eligible amounts are

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in default mortgage servicing, mortgage insurance claims, mortgage
• Working knowledge of established mortgage industry practices and the mortgage claims process.
• Proficiency in foreclosure processes and applicable guidelines, including FHD requirements.
• Experience using LPS-MSP or a comparable mortgage servicing platform.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads
• Ability to analyze issues, make sound decisions, and resolve problems independently.
