📋 Description

• Supervise and direct the Claims Department, ensuring activities comply with internal policies
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members through goal setting, performance management, training, and

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ years of experience in default mortgage servicing, mortgage insurance claims, mortgage
• At least 2 years of supervisory or people-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage industry practices and claims processing requirements associated with
• Strong understanding of foreclosure processes and applicable servicing and investor guidelines.
• Experience with LPS-MSP or comparable mortgage servicing platforms.
