Mortgage Claims Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct the Claims Department, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members through goal setting, performance management, and training
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and maintain performance scorecards
• Monitor audit findings and ensure claims are prepared and filed according to requirements
• Review and approve departmental responses to quality reviews and audits
• Support implementation of procedures to improve efficiency and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in default mortgage servicing, mortgage insurance claims, mortgage
• At least 2 years of supervisory or people-management experience
• Strong knowledge of mortgage industry practices and claims processing requirements associated with
• Strong understanding of foreclosure processes and applicable servicing and investor guidelines
• Experience with LPS-MSP or comparable mortgage servicing platforms
• Strong leadership, coaching, team-management, and employee-development capabilities
