📋 Description

• Prepare and send accurate Initial Closing Disclosures (ICDs) to borrowers
• Troubleshoot and resolve closing issues quickly, always keeping the customer experience front and
• Execute the transfer of lender funds so transactions close smoothly and on time
• Review every detail of loan documents (sales price, loan amount, vesting, etc.) — no stone left
• Ensure everything complies with federal, state, and program guidelines
• Partner with Loan Officers, Bridge Loan Specialists, Loan Assistants, and settlement teams to keep

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recent experience closing residential loans (cash-out refinance expertise = a huge
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment — juggling 50–60 closings per month
• Details are your love language — you triple-check your work
• Live for creating a “wow” experience for customers
• Proactive communicator — people never have to guess where things stand
• Organized, self-motivated, and love working independently
