Mortgage Closer (India)

📋 Description

• Assemble, prepare, and review loan closing documents per state/federal rules.
• Prepare Closing Disclosures (Initial & Revised) in Encompass within TRID timing.
• Monitor the borrower's receipt of the Closing Disclosure.
• Ensure accuracy of closing documents (names, rate, term, loan type, first payment date, escrow).
• Analyze and interpret compliance reports (MAVENT).
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and CX to deliver a seamless closing.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of mortgage concepts, practices, and loan documentation (3+ yrs preferred).
• Encompass experience is a plus.
• LendingPad experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high production environment.
• The drive to build something new.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
