📋 Description

• Manage residential loan files from application through closing
• Collect, review, and verify borrower documentation for accuracy
• Communicate with clients to request documents and provide status updates
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and third parties
• Ensure files meet compliance guidelines and submission standards
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact closing timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in loan processing, mortgage support, or similar admin role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Remote work experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar
• Spanish language proficiency (preferred)
