📋 Description

• Answer calls and respond to emails.
• Onboard new first mortgages to FICS.
• Set up escrow accounts and tax service for new mortgages.
• Post mortgage payments and process payoffs.
• Maintain MERS accuracy and process corrections/transfers.
• Support credit bureau reporting and corrections.

🎯 Requirements

• Level I: HS diploma and 1 year experience.
• Level II: HS diploma and 2-4 years experience.
• Level III: Bachelor's degree preferred and 3-6 years; mortgage systems knowledge.
