📋 Description

• Support and educate clients through intake and loan closing
• Ensure initial data and documents are complete before processing
• Act as primary client contact; set timelines and requirements
• Deliver initial loan disclosures on time; ensure regulatory compliance
• Operate independently on standard files; escalate when needed
• Ensure loans originate in full compliance with federal/state laws

🎯 Requirements

• Mortgage Loan Originator License
• 4+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines
• Solid understanding of state and federal lending regulations
• Extensive knowledge of customer service and intrapersonal best practices
