Mortgage Operations Manager (WFH - WA, ID, CA, OR)

📋 Description

• Lead mortgage processing and underwriting operations, ensuring loans are reviewed accurately
• Guide teams in resolving complex and escalated loan application, underwriting, and operational
• Review and approve complex loan scenarios and underwriting decisions within delegated authority and
• Ensure consistent interpretation and application of investor, agency, regulatory, and internal
• Oversee loan data integrity, documentation quality, and operational processes to maintain
• Manage daily workflow distribution and pipeline performance across processing and underwriting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in mortgage operations, operational leadership, process oversight, and team
• 4+ years of supervisory or management experience leading a team, process, or project (Required).
