Mortgage Operations - Senior Loan Closer/Funder

📋 Description

• Manage complex closing and funding processes as final operational check
• Prepare and review closing documents and escrow instructions for compliance
• Execute wire requests and funding reviews
• Lead complex closing transactions as subject matter expert
• Support post-closing activities, including investor conditions and purchase suspense resolution
• Collaborate with title companies, escrow agents, borrowers, and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years mortgage loan closing and funding experience in Senior or Team Leader capacity
• Experience with post-closing exposure, including investor conditions and trailing documents
• Experience preparing wire orders and conducting funding authorization reviews
• Proficiency in LOS systems, document preparation software, and closing platforms
• Proficiency reading and interpreting XML and MISMO files
• Working knowledge of take-out investor delivery and warehouse line funding
