Review new loan submissions for completeness and accuracy.
Communicate proactively by phone with borrowers, loan officers, investors, and contractors.
Prepare files for underwriting by verifying income, assets, liabilities, credit, and property documents.
Manage active pipeline, tracking milestones and timelines.
Identify potential issues early and work to prevent delays.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of mortgage processing experience.
Strong knowledge of Agency, Non-QM, FHA, VA, and renovation loan products.
Familiarity with loan origination systems.
Proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
