Mortgage Processor/Underwriter - Remote

📋 Description

• Calculate Knock Bridge Loan advance amounts using internal calculations and guidelines
• Accurately condition loan files based on the loan application and file documentation
• Provide consistent internal communication regarding loan status and approval updates
• Communicate effectively and professionally with external Lending Partners, Agents, and Borrowers
• Review title reports and homeowners/flood insurance to ensure Knock’s lien position and security
• Efficiently and effectively manage and process a daily pipeline of loans while maintaining company

🎯 Requirements

• Successful experience working as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter, with a
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and apply
• Excellent organizational skills to manage many competing priorities and meet deadlines in a
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a natural over-communicator
• Proven efficiency and success in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Quick learner with an innate ability to adopt new technologies and enhance personal skills quickly
