📋 Description

• Lead motion design and editing across projects
• Develop high-impact motion, 3D, and VFX work
• Shape storytelling through pacing, rhythm, transitions, and visual flow
• Create original motion languages and visual systems
• Produce content for brand films, pitches, digital experiences, and campaigns
• Extend motion design into web, apps, and interactive platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in motion design, editorial, and VFX (senior/lead level)
• Strong expertise in After Effects and video editing tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve)
• Advanced capabilities in 3D tools (Cinema 4D or Blender)
• Experience delivering high-quality VFX and compositing work
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure
• Experience collaborating with teams and reviewing creative work
