Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Lead Motion Designer / Editor responsible for defining and delivering motion design, editorial, and
• Use motion as a storytelling tool to shape rhythm, pacing, and emotional impact, while mentoring
• Lead creative direction of motion design and editing across projects; develop original motion
• Create content for brand films, pitch materials, digital experiences, campaigns, and extend motion
• Present and explain creative decisions to clients, linking design to strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in motion design, editorial, and VFX (senior/lead level)
• Strong expertise in After Effects and video editing tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve)
• Advanced 3D tools experience (Cinema 4D or Blender)
• Experience delivering high-quality VFX and compositing work
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure
• Experience collaborating with teams and reviewing creative work
