Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Lead the creative direction of motion design, editing, and VFX across projects
• Use motion as storytelling to shape rhythm, pacing, and emotional impact
• Mentor designers and collaborate with clients
• Present ideas and creative rationale to clients
• Develop original motion languages and visual systems
• Extend motion design into web, apps, and interactive platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Senior/lead level experience in motion design, editorial, and VFX
• Strong After Effects and video editing (e.g., DaVinci Resolve)
• Advanced 3D tools experience (Cinema 4D or Blender)
• Proven ability delivering high-quality VFX and compositing
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative skills
• Experience collaborating with teams and reviewing creative work
