🎯 Requirements

3–5+ years in motion design or animation
Strong portfolio showing motion design and brand work
Expert in After Effects; solid Premiere Pro and Illustrator
Deep knowledge of animation principles, typography, composition
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams; strong communication
Bonus points: Cinema 4D/Blender; Figma; web motion (Lottie)
