🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in motion design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong brand, campaign, or
• Proficiency in industry-standard motion design and animation tools.
• Strong fundamentals in storytelling, timing, composition, typography, and visual systems.
• Experience translating complex products, technologies, or ideas into accessible and compelling
• Experience creating motion across B2B marketing and communications touchpoints.
