Coordinate with external studios or contractors for strategy and delivery.
Share motion knowledge and best practices with teammates.

🎯 Requirements

Have 5+ years of relevant motion design experience.
Expert in After Effects; Cinema 4D or Houdini; AI tools; Adobe CC.
Strong portfolio with brand identity systems and event titles.
Familiar with motion design systems across contexts.
Deep understanding of animation principles: timing, easing.
Experience designing for live events: LED walls, stage visuals.
