Motion Designer (Performance Marketing)

📋 Description

• Create performance ads, brand videos, motion graphics, tutorials and product videos
• Manage projects from brief to final delivery
• Adapt creatives for different platforms, formats and audiences
• Source assets and generate content using AI and production tools
• Produce multiple variations for ongoing tests and use insights to improve hooks
• Collaborate with strategists on briefs and campaign goals; build reusable templates

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of video editing or motion design in growth marketing
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of pacing, composition, motion, sound design and color correction
• Experience creating performance ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube or similar
• Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, CPI, CPA, ROAS and retention
• Portfolio featuring video editing, motion design and digital advertising work
