🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience creating motion/video for performance marketing, digital advertising
• A portfolio that showcases outstanding motion work across social and digital channels—demonstrating
• Exceptional attention to detail across layout, typography, color, and movement in motion.
• Experience designing and animating for both product-focused and brand-building campaigns.
• Comfort working quickly and efficiently across multiple projects at once, with a bias toward
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; you can clearly articulate your motion decisions to
