🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating motion graphics for digital marketing or paid social.
• Strong portfolio; experience with performance marketing creatives valued.
• Proficiency with After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and tools.
• Understanding of animation principles, typography, color, pacing.
• Experience designing creatives for social platforms and short-form video.
• Fluent English and strong communication.
