MS Dynamics Developer

📋 Description

• Act as the primary coordination point between Valtech, client, and CRM vendor for MS Dynamics 365
• Gather, clarify, and document business/functional requirements for CRM vendor to action
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, or configuration changes
• Manage and maintain Dynamics configurations: rules, workflows, forms, views, and entity/field setup
• Support routine CRM maintenance: product/pricing/catalog updates
• Provide first-line functional support; triage, troubleshoot, and escalate as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/CS/Field Service or similar)
• Proven experience configuring CRM: entities, forms, views, workflows, security roles
• Technical understanding of Infrastructure, Database, IIS, networking relative to CRM
• Experience with ticketing, booking, or e-commerce CRM setups (products, pricing, catalogues)
• Strong requirements gathering and functional analysis; turn business asks into CRM configs
• Excellent communication; able to run stakeholder calls and provide status updates
