📋 Description

• Lead and coach the MSL team in metabolic disorders.
• Provide high-quality scientific info to HCPs; build KOL relations.
• Contribute to Local Medical Plan and Field Medical Plan development.
• Lead performance mgmt, development, and succession planning.
• Ensure field medical operations comply with SOPs and regulations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and strategic insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Pharma degree, PhD, MD or related life sciences.
• 5+ years clinical/scientific/pharma; at least 2 as MSL.
• Launch experience in cross-functional environments.
• Proven people management, coaching, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• English proficiency; compliance with pharma guidelines.
