Manage relationship with local hiring managers and their temporary recruitment requests
Record and maintain information on recruitment agency performance
Carry out vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers
Brief 3rd party suppliers, screen CVs, and schedule interviews
Onboarding and contractor management activities
Monitor local service level agreements and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

Vendor Management Service/Managed Service provider experience desirable
Staffing industry experience desired but not required
Human Resources experience desired but not required
Ability to work with confidential issues
Hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data
Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to lead colleagues and the client
